AAA Exhibition: Still… 2019

Have you ever felt like you have been dealing with one of the most difficult periods you’ve come across? A couple of things have taken place now, things that you never had to go through before so you have no idea how to handle them. No one ever taught you how. Well, you’re not alone and in situations like this, you get to make some important decisions. You either get everything figured out head on or you let it define you.

‘Still…’ art exhibition which held on the 28th and 29th of September 2019 at the University of Benin, Edo state Nigeria, created an awareness to the first decision. It presented the audience with a sense of comfort in the fact that they are usually not alone and they can choose to go through periods like that and come out of them without changing who they are, their values, or their principles.

These are the artists and the gallery that were part of the exhibition:

- David Josiah
- Jane Ugah
- Inyama Anthony
- Glory Adefemi
- Jenkins Okpokpor
- Victor Eko
- Ibanga Emem
- Tope Elijah
- Wangboje’s Art Gallery
